SUMMARY
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Millennialbet platform operated by Amused Australia Pty Ltd (Partnership) (ABN 13 654 831 839). By registering or using Millennialbet, you agree to be bound by these terms. Millennialbet is licensed by the Liquor & Gaming NSW under licence 4547/2024/WB. The platform offers sports betting, racing wagering and showdown products to eligible customers in Australia.
DEFINITIONS
1. 'Account' means a registered Millennialbet customer account.
2. 'Betting Account' means the primary wagering account held by a customer.
3. 'Betting Account Wallet' means the wallet associated with the Betting Account used for sports and racing wagering.
4. 'Showdown Account' means the portion of a customer's account used for showdown contest entries.
5. 'Showdown Account Wallet' means the wallet associated with the Showdown Account.
6. 'Customer' means any person who has registered an account with Millennialbet.
7. 'Event' means any sporting event, race or contest on which Millennialbet offers wagering markets.
8. 'Market' means a specific wagering opportunity offered by Millennialbet on an Event.
9. 'Operator' means Amused Australia Pty Ltd (Partnership) (ABN 13 654 831 839).
10. 'Platform' means the Millennialbet website, mobile site and any associated applications.
11. 'Regulator' means the Liquor & Gaming NSW.
12. 'Settlement' means the process by which Millennialbet determines the outcome of a wager and credits or debits the customer's account accordingly.
13. 'Wager' or 'Bet' means any amount staked by a customer on an Event or Market offered by Millennialbet.
GENERAL
3.1 These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between Millennialbet (operated by Amused Australia Pty Ltd (Partnership)) and the Customer.
3.2 Millennialbet reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to customers via email or notification on the Platform.
3.3 It is the Customer's responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions regularly. Continued use of the Platform after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
3.4 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
3.5 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
3.6 Millennialbet's failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or the right to enforce it at a later time.
3.7 These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable Promotion Terms, constitute the entire agreement between Millennialbet and the Customer.
AUTHORISATION TO ACCESS AND USE OUR BETTING PLATFORMS
4.1 To open an account with Millennialbet, a person must: (a) be at least 18 years of age; (b) be a resident of Australia; (c) not be a self-excluded person under BetStop or any applicable exclusion register; (d) not be a prohibited person under any applicable gambling legislation; (e) provide accurate and truthful personal information.
4.2 Each customer is permitted to hold only one account. Millennialbet reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and void any wagers placed through them.
4.3 Customers must not allow any other person to access or use their account. Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
4.4 Millennialbet reserves the right to refuse or close any account at its discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, breach of terms, or regulatory non-compliance.
4.5 Millennialbet may restrict access to the Platform for maintenance, regulatory compliance or any other reason without prior notice.
ACCOUNT VERIFICATION
5.1 Millennialbet is required to verify the identity of all customers in accordance with Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) legislation.
5.2 Customers must provide valid identification documents as requested, which may include: (a) a current government-issued photo identification document; (b) proof of residential address; (c) proof of ownership of any payment method used.
5.3 Millennialbet may use third-party identity verification services to confirm customer identity.
5.4 Until identity verification is satisfactorily completed, Millennialbet may restrict account functionality, including the ability to deposit, wager or withdraw funds.
5.5 Millennialbet reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to maintain compliance with regulatory obligations.
ACCOUNT DEPOSITS AND WITHDRAWALS
6.1 Deposits may be made using approved payment methods as displayed on the Platform. Only debit cards are accepted; credit cards are not accepted for wagering in Australia.
6.2 Millennialbet does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. Third-party payment providers may apply their own fees.
6.3 Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts may apply and are displayed on the Platform.
6.4 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposits where possible. Millennialbet may require alternative withdrawal methods in certain circumstances.
6.5 Processing times for withdrawals vary depending on the payment method and may take up to five business days.
6.6 Millennialbet reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
6.7 Funds held in a Customer's Betting Account Wallet and Showdown Account Wallet are segregated for the respective product types.
RESTRICTED JURISDICTIONS
7.1 Millennialbet services are available only to persons located within Australia at the time of placing a wager.
7.2 Customers must not access or use the Platform from any jurisdiction where online wagering is prohibited or restricted by law.
7.3 Millennialbet reserves the right to void wagers placed from restricted jurisdictions and to close accounts where a customer is found to be in breach of this section.
FRAUD
8.1 Millennialbet takes a zero-tolerance approach to fraud, collusion, match-fixing and any form of dishonest conduct.
8.2 Millennialbet reserves the right to void any wager, suspend or close any account, and withhold any funds where it reasonably suspects fraudulent or dishonest activity.
8.3 Fraudulent activity includes but is not limited to: (a) use of stolen payment methods; (b) identity fraud; (c) collusion between customers; (d) use of automated software or bots; (e) exploitation of technical errors or pricing mistakes; (f) match-fixing or insider information abuse.
8.4 Millennialbet may report suspected fraud to relevant law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies, including the Liquor & Gaming NSW and relevant integrity bodies.
DISPUTES
9.1 Customers who wish to dispute a wagering outcome or any other aspect of Millennialbet's service should contact Millennialbet via the Contact Us page.
9.2 Millennialbet will endeavour to resolve disputes within a reasonable timeframe.
9.3 If a Customer is not satisfied with Millennialbet's resolution, the Customer may escalate the complaint to the Liquor & Gaming NSW.
9.4 Millennialbet's decision on the settlement of wagers is final, subject to any regulatory intervention.
OUR RESERVED RIGHTS
10.1 Millennialbet reserves the right to: (a) refuse, limit, cancel or void any wager at its discretion; (b) suspend or terminate any account; (c) withhold funds pending investigation; (d) amend odds, markets or products at any time; (e) correct obvious errors in pricing or settlement.
10.2 Millennialbet shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the exercise of its reserved rights, except to the extent required by law.
ASSIGNMENT
11.1 Millennialbet may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions to any third party without the Customer's prior consent, provided the assignee agrees to be bound by these terms.
11.2 Customers may not assign or transfer their account or any rights under these Terms and Conditions.
RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING
12.1 Millennialbet is committed to providing a safe and responsible wagering environment.
12.2 Millennialbet provides the following responsible gambling tools: (a) Deposit Limits - customers can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits; (b) Take a Break - customers can temporarily suspend their account; (c) Self-Exclusion - customers can self-exclude for a defined period; (d) BetStop - Australia's National Self-Exclusion Register.
12.3 Customers who are concerned about their gambling behaviour are encouraged to visit the Responsible Gambling page or contact Gambling Help Online (1800 858 858).
12.4 Millennialbet complies with all applicable responsible gambling obligations under New South Wales legislation and regulatory requirements.
COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
13.1 Millennialbet collects personal information as necessary for the provision of wagering services, identity verification, regulatory compliance and customer communications.
13.2 The collection, use and disclosure of personal information is governed by the Privacy Policy.
13.3 Customers consent to the collection and use of their personal information by registering an account.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
14.1 All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software and data, is the property of Amused Australia Pty Ltd (Partnership) or its licensors.
14.2 Customers may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent.
14.3 The Millennialbet name, logo and associated branding are trademarks of Amused Australia Pty Ltd (Partnership).
THIRD PARTY ASSOCIATIONS
15.1 The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. Millennialbet is not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of any third-party site.
15.2 Millennialbet may engage third-party service providers for payment processing, identity verification, data analytics and other operational functions.
15.3 The inclusion of third-party links or services does not imply endorsement by Millennialbet.
IT FAILURES
16.1 Millennialbet shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by: (a) system failures, outages or interruptions; (b) internet connectivity issues; (c) errors in data transmission; (d) hardware or software malfunctions affecting the Platform.
16.2 In the event of a system failure during the placement or settlement of a wager, Millennialbet will use reasonable endeavours to restore the wager or correct the outcome.
16.3 Millennialbet does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform.
AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
17.1 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement.
17.2 To the extent permitted by law, Millennialbet's liability for breach of any implied condition or warranty is limited to the re-supply of the relevant service or a refund of amounts paid.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
18.1 Customers are responsible for: (a) ensuring the accuracy of their account information; (b) complying with all applicable laws; (c) maintaining the security of their login credentials; (d) reviewing and understanding these Terms and Conditions; (e) wagering within their financial means.
18.2 Customers must not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable or impair the Platform.
FUNDS PROTECTION AND SEGREGATION
19.1 Customer funds are held in segregated accounts separate from Millennialbet's operational funds.
19.2 Millennialbet maintains adequate financial arrangements to ensure customer funds are protected in accordance with regulatory requirements.
19.3 Betting Account Wallet and Showdown Account Wallet funds are tracked separately within each customer's account.
PROMOTIONS AND INDUCEMENTS
20.1 Millennialbet may from time to time offer promotions, bonus bets or other inducements subject to specific terms and conditions.
20.2 Promotional offers are subject to applicable regulatory requirements and New South Wales legislation regarding wagering inducements.
20.3 Millennialbet reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time.

RACE FIELDS AND INTEGRITY
21.1 Millennialbet holds all necessary approvals and authorisations to publish and use race field information for wagering purposes.
21.2 Millennialbet cooperates with relevant integrity bodies and racing authorities to maintain the integrity of racing and sporting events.
21.3 Customers must not place wagers using insider information or engage in conduct that may compromise the integrity of any event.
SETTLEMENT RULES
22.1 Millennialbet settles all wagers in accordance with its Settlement Rules, which are available on the Platform.
22.2 Results are determined based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body.
22.3 In the event of a dead heat, wagers are settled in accordance with the dead heat rule, whereby the stake is divided by the number of competitors involved.
22.4 Millennialbet reserves the right to correct any settlement errors.
TAXATION
23.1 Winnings from wagering activities in Australia are generally not subject to income tax for recreational punters.
23.2 Millennialbet complies with all applicable taxation obligations and may be required to report certain transactions to the Australian Taxation Office.
23.3 Customers are responsible for their own tax obligations in their jurisdiction of residence.
PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
24.1 Millennialbet collects, uses and discloses personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
24.2 Millennialbet implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information from unauthorised access, use or disclosure.
24.3 Customers may request access to or correction of their personal information by contacting Millennialbet's Privacy Officer.

VARIATIONS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
25.1 Millennialbet may vary these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the Platform.
25.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Millennialbet's total liability to a Customer in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the balance of the Customer's account at the relevant time.
25.3 Millennialbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage.
25.4 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
